Manufacturing around your approved product.
From sample review to planned batch orders, we align PLA or PETG production, product checks, assembly and packaging with your agreed requirements.
What we can support now.
We focus on the capabilities that matter to toy, home and retail product teams: production planning, practical materials and coordinated fulfilment.

Parallel print capacity
A multi-printer FDM environment designed for repeatable production scheduling.
Consumer product materials
Material choices are matched to the intended use, visual finish and product expectations.
Flexible order planning
Suitable for prototypes and production orders from hundreds to thousands of units.
Plan repeat orders from an agreed product standard.
Vistack 3D operates a 200+ Bambu Lab P1S printer fleet in Yiwu. The value of the fleet is not a headline alone—it is the ability to assign production across multiple machines, maintain a clearer re-order path and handle different SKUs in the same program.
We focus on FDM production where the product, geometry and commercial target are suitable for this process. Before a batch is booked, we discuss what should be consistent from run to run: material, color, part orientation, visible surfaces, packing and quantity.
Confirm the sample, then control the batch.
We start by confirming the file format, expected use, key visible surfaces and practical print considerations for the selected material.
Material, color direction, print orientation and the order packing brief are agreed before production is scheduled.
Completed parts move through the agreed checking and packing route, with assembly or white-label packaging added when required.
PLA and PETG for current production programs.
We currently support PLA and PETG as stable materials. The right choice depends on what the part is intended to do, how it will be displayed or handled, and the visual standard you want to achieve.
For retail products, we also discuss the product presentation around the part: quantity per pack, assembly requirements, labels and outer-carton handling.
STL and STEP files are the preferred starting point. Send any additional assembly or packing references that affect the order.
Yes. Keep the approved file and agreed production brief together so subsequent orders can be planned from the same baseline.
Yes. Multi-SKU programs can be discussed with the quantity, priority and packing plan for each item.
We can coordinate white-label packaging and basic assembly. Confirm the materials and packing standard at the quoting stage.
