3D Printing Guide

Production guide

From product requirements to an approved batch.

A clear brief lets us move faster. This guide outlines the practical information that helps turn a product file into an aligned sample or batch production discussion.

The working sequence

We focus on the essentials that affect real output: file readiness, material selection, target quantity and the final handling requirement.

01

Send the brief

Share an STL or STEP file, or describe the market-led product direction you want to develop.

02

Review production points

We discuss material, colour, orientation, visible surfaces and any auxiliary design feedback needed.

03

Develop and approve the sample

Samples typically take 7–10 business days. Review and approve the sample before the batch; batch timing is confirmed against the actual brief.

04

Prepare final handoff

White-label packing, basic assembly, quality checks and export coordination can be included where required.

Useful information for the first message

You do not need a perfect procurement pack. A clear starting point is enough to begin a useful manufacturing conversation.

  • STL or STEP file, if available
  • Target order quantity and delivery expectation
  • PLA or PETG preference, if you have one
  • Colour, packaging and assembly notes
  • Reference photos or comparable market products
