Batch Production

Customization · batch production

Plan batch supply for your product range.

Vistack 3D supports planned PLA and PETG manufacturing from approved product files, with order coordination, basic assembly and packaging discussed as part of the finished handoff.

For repeat orders

Keep the approved product and packing specification together.

Batch production is not simply one large print job. It is an agreed plan for the approved file, material, SKU mix, visual standard, quantity, packing and delivery route.

01 · PLAN

SKU and run planning

Confirm quantity by SKU, color direction, variant mix and the intended re-order path before a batch is scheduled.

02 · OUTPUT

Parallel FDM capacity

Our 200+ P1S printer fleet supports concurrent product runs when the file and production brief are ready.

03 · HANDOFF

Order-ready support

Basic assembly, white-label packing, QC checks and export coordination can be planned as part of the order.

What a batch brief includes

Make the production target visible before the run begins.

Approved file and any production version control
Quantity by SKU, color and variant
PLA or PETG selection and visual standard
QC points, packing method and delivery destination
Production flow

One clear route from sample approval to shipment preparation.

1. Approve the route

Confirm file, material, quantity and commercial handoff.

2. Schedule output

Allocate the run across the production fleet and SKU plan.

3. Check & finish

Perform agreed quality checks, assembly or packing steps.

4. Prepare export

Coordinate packing completion and export-ready handoff.

Timing is planned by the actual order.

Typical prototype lead time is 7–10 business days after requirements are agreed. Batch lead time depends on total quantity, number of SKUs, material, finishing, packing and destination. We confirm the production window before the run is scheduled.
