Turn your approved design into a finished product order.
For buyers with an STL or STEP file, Vistack 3D turns an approved model into a practical FDM production plan — from the first sample through recurring batch orders.
A file is the starting point, not the whole production brief.
We review the part together with the intended use, target quantity and packing requirements. This keeps the printing decision connected to the finished product and its commercial handoff.
Check the production fit
We discuss geometry, thin features, assembly points, orientation and visible surfaces before committing to a run.
Choose PLA or PETG
Current stable materials are PLA and PETG. The choice depends on the product’s intended use, feel and durability needs.
Plan the handoff
Align quantity, color direction, sample expectations, QC points, packing and destination before scheduling production.
Send this with the first file.
Clear inputs help us move from a model review to a useful production conversation faster.
From approved file to prepared order.
Share the file and a concise commercial brief.
Align material, quantity, visual standard and packing needs.
Review and approve the sample and production details before the batch.
Print, check, pack and coordinate export as required.
Current production baseline
Production orders generally begin from 100 units. Typical prototype lead time is 7–10 business days once the requirements are agreed. Batch timing depends on the order size, SKU mix and finishing needs.
